Sunshine, Scenery and Wine

And we're back! After three dreary days in Wellington and a very scary crossing of the Cook Straight, we awoke to sunshine and the beautiful scenery surrounding Picton on the north shore of the south island.
Our day was spent touring wineries in the Marlborough region famous for their wonderful Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. We visited several boutique wineries as well as the larger producer of Kim Crawford - a favourite of my sisters back home!   :)
We are now sailing the inlet on our way to Napier tomorrow. While not quite Milford Sound, the scenery is beautiful!
